ITC is committed to implement and continually improve effective Quality Management System (QMS) while addressing internal & external issues related to its commitment.

This policy provides elements for setting, reviewing and achieving Quality Objectives such as continual improvement, product conformity and effective controls over services providers, This policy applies to all individuals working at all levels with ITC.
This policy is publicly available, in generally understandable language(s), to all interested parties, aiming at increasing awareness.
