Job Summary: The sales Coordinator will support the sales team in daily operations, reporting, distributor management, and order processing for the company’s tea brands. The role ensures smooth communication between sales, supply chain and customers while helping improve sales efficiency and market execution. Job Description: • Coordinate daily with the sales team, distributors, and retailers to ensure timely order placement and fulfillment. • Maintain up-to-date sales pipelines, targets, and performance dashboards. • Support Sales Managers in planning and executing sales strategies and field activities. • Assist in managing regional sales files, contracts, price lists, and credit documentation. • Accurately process customer and distributor orders in the SAP system. • Maintain and update distributor records, sales settlements, discount approvals, and trade offers. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including volume, value, target vs. achievement, and SKU-wise performance. • Track the performance of trade promotions, incentives, and field executions. • Process sales orders on a daily basis. • Process monthly expense claims in a timely and accurate manner. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. • MBA preferred but not mandatory. Experience: • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, FMCG distribution, or back-office support. • Experience in a tea company or FMCG (beverages/food) is highly desirable. Technical Skills • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Power-Bi. • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar). • Strong data management and reporting skills. Soft Skills • Excellent communication and follow-up skills. • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. • Good interpersonal skills for coordination with cross-functional teams.
